DeCrises presented at the 2nd International PhD Workshop on Sustainable Innovation in Business and Society
On 29 October 2025, the 2nd International PhD Workshop on Sustainable Innovation in Business and Society brought together early-career researchers from across Europe at the Kuopio Campus of the University of Eastern Finland (UEF).
During the event, a total of 15 presenters had the opportunity to present, discuss and develop their PhD research ideas, which were then reviewed by a peer participant and a faculty discussant.
Among them was Md Mashiur Rahman (University of Jyväskylä), a doctoral researcher under DeCrises project. He introduced his doctoral research plan, closely connected with the project and actively engaged in academic discussions throughout the event, contributing to the broader dialogue on sustainability and innovation.
The workshop concluded with a closing circle and group synthesis session, where attendees shared their experiences and insights on strengthening studies' impact in the field of sustainable business and society.
